Explore Structures
We're excited to introduce Explore Structures, a new navigation feature that provides hierarchical exploration of organisational structures and their relationships.
Users can now browse through different organisational categories and their associated items using an intuitive, tree-based interface accessible from the sidebar. Administrators can control which organisational categories appear in the explore menu through workspace settings, and the feature includes smart routing that automatically directs users to appropriate detail or explore views based on content structure. This enhancement provides a more intuitive way to discover and understand relationships within your workspace.

Collapsable and Compact header mode: This slimmer header gives you more screen space, especially helpful for Org Charts and Planner/Forecast views—ideal for users on smaller screens or laptops.

Org charts are now their own tab so that we can directly link to them within the app or as an embedded page on your intranet.

Pinnable items (e.g. people and teams that you visit most often).

Company image library (upload company approved images to use as backgrounds / team profile images)

Users can now upload your own profile picture from your personal landing page—a much-requested feature!
Principles
The ROLE_COUNT principle has been enhanced to allow filtering by tags. Use the includedTags and excludedTagsparameters to list tag types and values for filtering.
History
Manually uploaded files now show the datasource and import ID. Previously these would have shown the name of the operator that uploaded the file.
Ask TeamForm
Ask TeamForm is our first AI enhanced capability to help answer questions about people, teams, tags, goals/work and more. Rather than having to create a custom report or ask a data analyst, Ask TeamForm allows you to get answers directly via a familiar chat interface based on your data in realtime. We are evolving this capability and would love to hear from you about the types of questions you have of your TeamForm data.
