Planner & Forecast with Additional Dimensions
Until now, forecast FTE in TeamForm sat at a single intersection: a demand team and a supply team. One number per pair, however much detail sat underneath it.
You can now add further dimensions to that intersection. Alongside the demand and supply teams, forecast FTE can be broken down by dimensions you configure yourself — drawn from your tag types or primary person fields.
Why it matters: A single demand/supply pairing can now carry the detail that matters to your planning, rather than collapsing to one figure. Totals roll up across those dimensions alongside your existing FTE plan.
This is under active development and sits behind a feature flag (off by default) — not yet generally available.

Explore — Divisions
A new Divisions section is available in Explore, behind a feature flag, for viewing your organisation broken down by the traditional HR or supervisory organisation if this is not already one of your primary team hierarchies. The name can be customised.
Why it matters: Larger organisations can now navigate the structure by division as a first-class view, rather than approximating it with tags or filters.
Org Design — Team Ownership, Insights & Reporting-Line Editing
You can now see and edit who owns each supply team, directly on the org chart and in the team-hierarchy view — with an inferred owner shown when a team or person has no direct owner set. Reporting lines can be edited by drag-and-drop on the org chart too, with a dedicated diff view for reviewing what changed. Team Insights now has supply-only views and a dual hierarchy separating demand and supply, with Target/Δ chips for comparing a team against its target (targets are off by default).
Why it matters: Ownership and reporting-line changes are some of the first things reviewers look for in a redesign. This is available today as a BETA feature for org design customers — reach out to your CS/Support contact for a demo.

TeamForm MCP Server (Preview)
We've shipped the infrastructure for the TeamForm MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server — a hosted, secure endpoint that lets AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT connect directly to TeamForm data. A single shared URL with claim-based tenant dispatch means AI tools can execute structured queries such as search, introspection, and validation against live TeamForm data using standard OAuth authentication.
Why it matters: This unlocks a new class of AI-powered workflows. Instead of exporting data to a spreadsheet and pasting it into an AI chat, AI tools can now query TeamForm directly — asking questions like "Which teams have cloud security skills?" and getting structured, real-time answers. The MCP contract is stable and designed for production use.
Workflow Builder — Workday & BambooHR Connectors
Two new connectors have been added to the Workflow builder: Workday (self-service OAuth connector setup for workflow extracts) and BambooHR (API key or OAuth-based credential setup). New generic transform components — join/enrich, hierarchy-from-rows, person-fields mapping, and an Excel workbook normalizer — make it easier to shape data from these and other sources, and step documentation is now shown directly in the builder UI.
Why it matters: More systems can be connected without custom integration work, and the new transforms cut down on manual data wrangling before it lands in TeamForm.
Product Improvements
Org Design — Change log — Sortable & Faster
The change log table can now be sorted, and change log queries run noticeably faster thanks to backend query and join improvements.
Why it matters: Finding a specific change in a busy changelog is now much quicker.
Editable integration title / descriptions
A small quality of life improvement to managing your existing integrations, it is now possible to edit and update an existing integration to help clarity. This is often useful to quickly differentiate which integration does what (and why).
