Featured Tags Beta
Ability to highlight specific tag types against a team so that they are more prevalent when viewing. Customers are using this to represent key structures the team is accountable for, such as value streams, customer journeys, customer episodes, business capabilities, and products (all structures related to teams but not necessarily a 1:1 match).
Global Search
Fixed a bug preventing users being able to edit their search queries after they searched,
CSV Export
The ‘Company’ field is now available in our csv export reports so that you can also see which organisation / company a person comes from - this is useful if analysing employees and external staff.
Planner and Forecast
Improved performance and overall reliability when accessing larger data sets.
User Preferences
Workspace and global user preferences are now stored online so if you change computers or lose browser cache your preferences will be restored.
Admin Settings
- Integrations: Major improvements to the underlying architecture and data storage for Imports and Datasources
- Branding settings: Added a new Workspace Settings page to enable workspace specific configurations (consolidated other pages: Workspace details, Workspace Announcements and Workspace Feature Flags. You can also now enable workspace level branding of gradients and logos to help you visually different scenarios where you have users access multiple workspaces e.g. production vs test, restricted access to organisation design environments or workforce forecasting.
Ask TeamForm
- We continue to evolve Ask TeamForm our AI assistant to help answer questions about people, teams, tags, goals/workand more. We have improved the in chat graph presentation, enabled a full screen mode and improved the speed of responses. Rather than having to create a custom report or ask a data analyst, Ask TeamForm allows you to get answers directly via a familiar chat interface based on your data in realtime. We are continuing to evolve this capability and would love to hear from you about the types of questions you have of your TeamForm data.
- Tuning of guardrails for requests and responses to ensure all content remains appropriate.
- Added automated testing and validation of prompts and AI responses.
- Streaming responses now deliver content consistently without abrupt stops.
AI Summaries Beta
- AI-generated summaries embedded in team, and workforce planning pages provide context on team purpose, skills, current work, and capability gaps. Available via feature flags for pilot users.
- Updated caching strategy for AI-generated summaries: responses are now cached for a few minutes or until a change is detected in the entity, ensuring you receive updated summaries immediately after any change.
